Online Ordering:
To ensure that all sales are made to professional tattoo artists and no sales are made to the general public, we must qualify all customers ordering online. We realise that this may be an inconvenience, but we want to be 100% loyal to the artists who take what they do seriously. Upon registering with Lucky Supply, a representative will verify that you’re a professional working out of a studio, this may include contacting the studio. We will not send to any residential address. This is to ensure that all sales are being made to professional, established tattoo artists. Once a shop has been qualified, everyone from the shop may order. Again we apologise for any inconvenience, but we feel it is a small price to pay to maintain the integrity and safety of the art and public.
Payment Information:
All prices displayed on our website are in NZD and exclude GST – this will be added at checkout.
CREDIT CARD:
Master Card, and Visa, credit cards accepted. When paying with credit cards, please include current billing address. Card holder signature may be required prior to shipment. All credit card payments will incur a 2.5% surcharge that covers the cost of processing these payments.
PAYPAL:
Paypal accepted with a service fee of 4.5% added to your order.
BANK TRANSFER:
Bank transfers accepted, information will be present at check out.
Shipping Information:
We will not send to residential addresses.
Shipping prices:
- North Island – $15
- South Island – $20
- Wellington Region – $5
- Australia: $40
Place your order before 12pm Tuesday to Friday for same day dispatch.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday & Monday will be shipped on Tuesday.
We send all NZ Orders with ‘Overnight Shipping’, some South Island and rural locations are excluded due to extreme shipping cost and are sent with ‘2 day shipping’.
NZ ORDERS:
New Zealand Packages will be shipped via NZ Couriers.
All orders must be shipped to a registered Tattoo Studio.
Delivery is 1-2 working days.
AUSTRALIA ORDERS:
All packages will be shipped using NZ Couriers to Australia.
All orders must be shipped to a registered Tattoo Studio.
On All International orders the duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the receiving party.
This cost will vary based on the dollar value of the order.
Undeliverable Shipments:
On all declined or refused customer orders, the customer will be responsible for paying the original shipping fee, and all costs incurred by Lucky Supply for the return shipping and/or customs fees, plus a restocking fee of 10%. Orders that were shipped free of charge and returned will also be charged for the original shipping incurred by Lucky Supply.
Back Orders & Special Orders:
If an item you order is not in stock, you will be contacted in order to make a substitution or make arrangements for a back order. Special orders can be filled with proper notice.
Returns:
- All returns are subject to review by Lucky Supply.
- Please contact us with any issue. Returns will be resolved within 24 hours for store credit, exchange or repair.
- Returned items must be in the condition they were shipped for a proper refund.
- All ink, needles & medical supplies are non returnable
